Along with everyone, we are simmering in a soup of stress. With a combination of the up-coming election, coronavirus, sheltering in place, the longevity of the pandemic and a general field of anxiety regarding the future, stress is the dominant pressure we are, no doubt, feeling.
HOWEVER, THE NEED FOR YOUR DONATIONS REMAINS IMPERATIVE. THEY ARE THE FUEL THAT KEEPS US GOING.
New Dimensions is dedicated to continuing to be most relevant, informative, and inspiring in these most stressful of times. In November you’ll be hearing a prescient interview with volunteer firefighter-EMT, Hersch Wilson. The good news is that you won’t have to wait until November for that interview, I’m including a link for you to hear it free right now.
I most highly recommend his book, Firefighter Zen: A Field Guide to Thriving in Tough Times. In just a little over 200 pages he shows up as a master guide of essential wisdom. It is gleaned from his 30 years of experience of showing up and caring for people in their worst and often life-defining moment.
I recently had a spike in my own stress level, besides having to prepare for evacuation from the Glass Fire Incident in my area of Santa Rosa, California, I was rear-ended in a car accident which put me in bed for several days. I had to postpone a new interview with 7-times Grammy winner musician, Paul Winter. I’ll be rescheduling it soon.
PLEASE BE GENEROUS WITH YOUR DONATION TO THE ON-GOING PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF NEW DIMENSIONS. THE NEED HAS NEVER BEEN GREATER.
Thanking you in advance,
