All you need is love.
– Song composed by John Lennon and Paul McCartney
“What I love about this song and the words is that it is not actually just a quote but it is a mantra. When something goes wrong in my day, I say to myself that all you really need is love. When something happens that’s stressful, I say ‘all you need is love.’ Love is always available whether it be inside yourself or in relationship with the people you care about. So, it’s a little bit of a quote, it’s a little bit of a life philosophy, and it’s a little bit of a mantra. It’s something that has served me well and I’m always grateful to the Beatles for coming up with it.”
