In August you’ll be hearing from psychiatrist Judith Orloff, M.D. who reminds us that by tapping into a deeply spiritual approach to suffering we can find the gifts that lie just beneath the surface. When you’re angry or afraid, Dr. Orloff explains, “The little frustrations of everyday life, the angers that we have, these are all an impetus to grow larger, to grow more enlightened. You find hope even when depressed. You find courage even when afraid. You find connection even when lonely. You find patience even when you’re frustrated. When you have a bit of success with that, you can feel how liberating it is, and gain increasing inner peace. And that peace ripples out into the world.”
She also has these thoughts on the power and benefits of New Dimensions:
“New Dimensions programming is critical for our times because it brings out the truth of many different dimensions to listeners from spiritual, physical, nature, environment, and political views. The nature of the interviews are in-depth and so powerful that it is a true treasure for our culture.”

I’m concerned. Donations have fallen off. Support of New Dimensions from our listeners has been invaluable. I can’t tell you how important your partnership is in this endeavor. The New Dimensions team, some of whom have been working with New Dimensions on and off for over 40 years, are so dedicated to the history and vision of New Dimensions that they donate some of their time to make sure it keeps going. I donate all my time to this endeavor. If you have not yet made a donation to keep these programs beaming out, PLEASE CONSIDER MAKING A FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION NOW. Your support is much needed and will be used to continue to expand global wisdom as together we move towards a sustainable, loving, and wise future for all.
Thank you,
